Booking a Portrait Session:  A $50 retainer fee is required to book a photo session.  In the event that you must cancel your session, a 48 hour notice is required in which case your fee will be transfered for one reschedule.  Without a 48 hour notice, your fee will be forfeited.  In the event that I must cancel your session, you will be given the option to reschedule or refund of your fee.  

 

Booking a Wedding:  A $200 retainer fee is required to secure your wedding date.  This fee is non-transferable.  The fee will be applied toward your wedding package.

 

Cameras and other recording devises:  Absolutely NO cameras or videos are permitted during your session (this includes camera phones)  Effective immediately, if a camera or phone are brought out with the intent to snap photos during a session, the session will immediately come to an end with no refund of your session fee.  As I have worked hard to create the perfect set up, poses and lighting, it is considered stealing of my hard work and creativity to take your own photos.  If you like what you see, I am capturing professional quality portraits in which you are welcome to purchase. 

 

Payments:  Full payment is due at the time of your session.  Payment is required before I will begin fully editing any additional photos you wish to purchase for digital or printing purposes.  Full payment of prints and products are required prior to order being placed.  Cash, Check or Credit Card are accepted.  A $25 fee will apply to all returned checks.  Pricing is subject to change without notice; however, once your retainer fee has been paid, you will be locked in with the current pricing. Some restrictions may apply.

Preview gallery and ordering:  Your preview gallery will be available within 5-7 business days after your session.  This gallery will expire after 14 days.  You will have until the end of the 14 days to place your original order.  Once your gallery has expired, there will be a $35 fee to reactiviate it.  Orders placed after 30 days are subject to current pricing.  

 

Copyright: Stephanie Warmoth Photography retains the copyright to all images.  Images may not be altered in any way.  Images may not be copied without the written concent of SWP.  Any violation is punishable by law under copyright protection.

 

Publishing:  Stephanie Warmoth Photography retains the right to use and publish images taken to promote its service, including portfolio, web site, social media, display, advertisement and editorial use. 

 

Travel:  Travel charges may apply for on location sites that are not located in the surrounding counties of Carroll.  Please check to determine if your location of choice will incure any charges.

 

On Location Fees:  While I am willing to travel to select locations free of charge, there are a few places that charge a fee to use their venue.   If you so choose to use such venues, you will be responsible for any charges that may apply.
