BEHIND THE LENS

Philippians 4:13 - I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

My first love is my family.   I am a wife and a proud mother.  I have an unbelievably supportive husband who loves me unconditionally.  Together we share four incredible children who are my world!  I am forever grateful to call myself their mother and I consider myself to be very blessed!  I am a daughter, a sister, a niece, an aunt, a cousin and a friend.  I am so fortunate to be surrounded by those I love!

The facts:  I love summer.  Spending long, hot days sitting poolside or on the beach is by far my ideal way of life!  I love my flip flops but prefer to be barefoot.  Fall would be my second favorite season.  The changing colors are magnificent.  I love football.  GO DAWGS!  With three little soccer players, I am at the fields 5-6 nights per week.  I have coached a soccer team and enjoyed it more so than I had expected.  (It's something about working with children that gets me every time)  I am an advocate for autism.  I can't function without my morning coffee and I enjoy relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine.  I love soaking in a hot bath.  I have a sweet tooth, chocolate specifically.  I like to curl up on the couch and watch a good movie.  Having one of my muchkins to cuddle is a plus.  I love shopping. I mean, what girl doesn't?!  I own every color of nail polish.  Okay, maybe not EVERY color but pretty close!  I'm that crazy person driving in the car beside you who is singing at the top of her lungs.  You may be able to see me, but you can't hear me and that's a plus! I hate to pump gas.  I have a habit of pulling into the gas station on fumes to avoid the chore as long as possible.  I love dogs. Not a huge cat lover, although I have two.  Hey, they keep the mice and snakes away, which I dislike much more.  I am passionate.  I am loyal.  I am true.

So how did I end up where I am?  Here's the short version:  I'm a Georgia girl, born and raised.  I graduated high school and went on to college where I earned my degree in Early Childhood Education.  After four years in the classroom, I left to raise my own children. My love for photography and fulfillment in working with children lead me to combine the two. In 2011, I transformed a spare room in my home to a small studio. As the business quickly grew, I opened my studio in April of 2013 in historic downtown Villa Rica.  It was a time of mixed emotions as I took a giant leap into my passion.  I was excited yet terrified.  I felt that this door had been cracked open and I was ready to swing it wide open.  It was the best move I ever made, one that I will never take for granted.

My goal in my journey as artist is to continue to learn and to push my creativity.  As a photographer, my goal is to provide my clients with a custom photography experience with a unique, personalized twist.  I like to get to know my clients and I treasure the relationships that have been established with each of them.  I cry with my brides as they say "I Do".  I am thrilled when my client tells me that she is expecting and I wait with anticipation as that mother-to-be awaits the birth of her baby.  I experience those first moments during that first year and I am excited to see those sweet babies as they grow through the years.  I feel the pride as I capture those moments of that high school senior.  I laugh and enjoy the family time as I capture those yearly family photos and I keep things as quick and painless as possible for dad who 9 times out of 10 is there because he must keep his wife happy.  :)

Stephanie Warmoth Photography is a studio where it's not just a photo session but about the entire experience. "We would love the opportunity to create a photo session just for you!"
